The Nurture Promise

1. A safe, healthy and wonderful environment
   Nurture offers 3500 sft of enclosed space (with an additional 800 sft of garden and sandpit) for children to learn, play and develop. It is a world- class child enabled environment—where the outdoors blends beautifully into the activity area, providing the curious minds an exciting expanse to explore and learn. A lot of thought has gone into creating this best-in-class environment: right from our eco-lab, equipped with a working model wind mill, to the scientifically-designed wooden toys in our "explore and expand" room.
   
   With an excellent group of helpers and assistants always available, apart from the Associate Mentors, there are always unobtrusive but watchful eyes caring for the children.
   
   We constantly better ourselves and have sufficient rigor in our process to ensure an uncompromised, secure place where your children can experience   'freedom'.
    
2. World-class Associate Mentors
   We are backed by world class staff with an overall experience of 46+ years in the field of formative years child education. Several of our mentors are trained and certified by the Indian Montessori Training Centre (IMTC), Bangalore and Chennai.
   
   Our key differentiator is our team of mentors where each of them bring in varied experience which enriches the Nurture environment for the children.
    
3. Long-term faculty with low turnover
   Our associates have all been selected, keeping stability and consistency in mind. And they've all been in the education program for a long period of time. This will ensure that your child does not need to go through the process of re-bonding with their mentors. We will ensure that there is minimal turnover of staff: this means hassle-free growth of your child at Nurture.
    
   
4. Optimal Mentors-to-Child ratio
   At Nurture we do not follow world standards; we set them. Our emphasis is on providing the child the appropriate level of individual attention deemed fit based on her/his needs; and our systems are ideal for this:
• 1 Associate Mentor for every 8 children in the Toddler Programme
• 1 Senior Associate Mentor for every 12 children in M1 & M2
• 1 Senior Associate Mentor for every 14 children in M3
• Associate Mentor for every 2 infants in the Crèche
