1. Does Nurture provide pick-up and drop for the children?
   Nurture does not provide the transportation directly, though we have tied up with reliable agencies that provide transport for preschool children—in the safest manner possible. A designated, trained adult, apart from the driver, will always accompany the children during the travel time.
    
2. What if there is a need for transport on an ad-hoc basis?
   We request the parents to provide us with a notice of at least 6 hours before the travel: Nurture will arrange for your child to be dropped off or picked up-and will make every effort to make the arrangement as smooth as possible.
    
3. Will food, snacks and drinks be provided for the children in the crèche?
   Parents are expected to send the meals for their children. However, if you need us to provide the food, we will share a list of options recommended by a nutritionist—a Health Meal plan—which has to be mutually agreed up on and adhered to. The kitchen is well equipped with modern cooking amenities, and is operated in a clean, well kept environment.
    
4. What if there is a Medical intervention or care required for the child during the school hours?
   Nurture has tied up with the Pediatric Clinic close by; we have guaranteed Doctors-on-call for handling medical situations. The Parent/Guardian will be called in immediately and apprised of the situation.
   As stated in the Parental guidelines, and as part of the admission process, we will verify all the immunisation records and will seek a medical certificate-stating that the child has completed all required immunisation till date, and does not presently have any contagious illness. We also strongly recommend parents not to send their children to the school for at least 24 hours after recovering from minor illness like cold, fewer, cough, etc.
